What your clients see
A portal on your subdomain, in your colours, with your logo. They sign in and see only their own work: the services you offer, the briefs they have submitted, the files you have delivered, and how many revision rounds they have left.
What you see
One board with every client's request on it, sorted by what is overdue. Assign work to a team member, upload a delivery, resolve a revision, and the client is notified without you writing an email.
The part that saves the most time
You define the intake form once, per service. "Raw footage link", "brand guidelines", "deadline", "aspect ratio" — whatever you always end up chasing. The client fills it in when they order, so the brief arrives complete instead of arriving in six WhatsApp messages over four days.
Revision rounds that actually hold
Every service carries a number of included rounds. The portal counts them. When a client asks for a fourth change on a two-round package, they can see that themselves — which is a much easier conversation than the one you are having now.

Questions about this service
Do my clients pay you anything?
No. Your clients never see us and never pay us. You pay one monthly subscription for the software; how you bill your clients is entirely between you and them.
Do client accounts use up a seat?
No. Seats are for your team — the people producing work. Client accounts are unlimited on every plan up to the client limit for your tier.
Can my clients see each other?
No. A client sees only their own orders, files and messages. Nothing about your other clients is reachable from their account, including whether they exist.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your workspace becomes read-only rather than being deleted. You and your clients can still open and download everything. Ask us for an export at any point and we will send it.
Can I use my own domain?
On the Agency plan, yes — point a CNAME at us and we issue the certificate. Starter and Studio run on a subdomain we give you, which is still fully branded.
