What we collect

Account data — your name, email address, and optionally your company and phone number.

Brand and order data — everything you submit in a brief, including uploaded files.

Technical data — IP address and browser user agent, recorded against sessions and security-relevant events so we can detect and investigate abuse.

Payment data — handled entirely by our payment provider. We store the transaction reference, amount, status and currency. We never see or store your card details.

Why we collect it

To operate your account, produce and deliver your orders, take payment, send transactional email about your orders, and to keep the platform secure.

Who we share it with

Our payment provider, our object-storage and hosting providers, and our email provider — each only to the extent needed to deliver the service. We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

Account and order records are retained while your account is active, and afterwards for as long as we are legally required to keep financial records. Uploaded assets are deleted on request.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete your account and its data. Email the address on our contact page and we will action it.
