How an order actually runs
From the moment you brief us to the moment you download the finals — and exactly where your input is needed.
1. Choose the format
Browse services by category or platform. Each one lists its packages, price, turnaround and included revisions on the page — nothing is quoted after the fact.
Not sure which format suits your goal? Message us and we will tell you honestly, including when the answer is a different service.
2. Brief us
A guided form asks exactly what our team needs: what you are advertising, who it is for, the one message that must land, and the call to action.
Upload your logo, brand guidelines and product photography as you go. Save a brand profile once and every future order inherits it.
3. Pay securely
Checkout is handled by Polar. You see the exact total before you confirm, and a receipt arrives by email immediately afterwards.
Your order enters production only once payment is confirmed by our payment provider — never on the basis of a browser redirect.
4. We produce
A copywriter and art director concept against your brief. We generate at volume with AI, then select, refine and finish the strongest directions by hand.
You can follow the status live in your dashboard and message the production team on the order at any point.
5. Review and revise
Your first draft lands in the dashboard. Approve it, or tell us what to change in plain language — your included revision rounds cover it.
Send all your feedback at once and it counts as a single round. We will tell you if something is a new direction rather than a revision.
6. Download and ship
Once you approve, the final files are available immediately — platform-ready exports, plus editable source files on Growth and Scale packages.
You hold full commercial rights to everything delivered, on full payment and final approval.
